Kulilu Designs may, at times, ship via UPS. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

We do not accept C.O.D. orders.

Return Policy

If we shipped the wrong materials or if you receive damaged materials, call us immediately at (518) 695-5449 so that we can make arrangements to get the right materials or replacement materials to you at no further cost.

We will accept the return of merchandise not damaged within seven (7) to ten (10) days of receipt. Merchandise must be unused and in its original, undamaged packing with the original invoice. Credit card purchases returned for refund will be credited to the account used in the original purchase transaction. There is a 15% restocking fee on all mail order returns.

For all returns, please call us at (518) 695-5449 or email us at KuliluDesigns@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). All returns must be: authorized, accompanied by the original invoice, and include the RA# written on both the enclosed invoice and the outside of the box.

For your security, please retain a copy of your receipt.

Damage Claim

Damage to a package can be reported by a shipper, recipient, or by the carrier. If you receive your order with outward signs of damage, accept delivery. Open your package and inspect the contents for damage. Do not discard the box, packing materials, or damaged merchandise. Some carriers may require a damage inspection, which is why it is important to retain all of these. Call us immediately with the tracking number so that we may begin a damage claim with the carrier.

UPS usually inspects damaged packages to determine the cause of damage and verify proper packing materials were used (in accordance with the shipping terms). UPS may inspect the package at the receiver’s site, or may collect the package for inspection at a UPS facility. After a damage inspection is performed by UPS, they will notify us of the results. Depending on the results, we may file a claim for the repair or replacement cost of the package contents up to the declared value.
